Flange
Hand-laid integral flanges or removable Van-stone flanges with FRP/SS backing rings. Drilled flat face (FF) to your bolt standard. RF faces on request, subject to prior agreement.
Available Variations
- Van-stone: removable backing ring, easy alignment
- Integral / Hub: hand-laid one-piece, max strength
- Stub-end: short hub + free flange
- Blind: closure flange for end-of-line / spare nozzles

Reducer
Hand-laid in matched mold for smooth tapered ID transition. Concentric (inline) or eccentric (drainable) variant for any pipe size combination.
Available Variations
- Concentric: symmetric inline taper (default)
- Eccentric: flat top/bottom for self-draining
- Long radius: extended cone for low pressure drop
- Reducing flange: flange + reducer in one piece

Tee & Cross
Equal and reducing tees, crosses, and 45° laterals with reinforced saddle wrap on the branch. Hand-laid for any DN and any branch ratio.
Available Variations
- Equal Tee: branch DN = run DN
- Reducing Tee: branch DN < run DN
- Cross: 4-way (run + 2 branches)
- 45° Lateral: angled branch for low pressure drop

Three Fabrication Routes
Different fittings need different techniques. Leeho runs all three under one roof.
METHOD 01
Hand Lay-up
Resin and chopped strand mat applied by hand on a polished mold. Best for non-axisymmetric shapes: Tees, Crosses, Reducers, custom Flanges. Total geometric flexibility.

METHOD 02
Filament Winding
Glass roving wound on a rotating mandrel under controlled tension. Used for axisymmetric flange hubs, large-diameter pipe sections, and any pressure-rated tubular fitting body.

METHOD 03
Compression Molding
SMC/BMC pre-compounded charge pressed into a heated steel mold. Used for high-volume small-DN fittings (DN 15 – 100) where tight dimensional tolerance and fast cycle matter.
