Lamination Joint · Single Standard
Leeho qualifies and inspects every shop & field joint by overlay-lamination per the LSM-STD-010 ITP. We do not use mechanical sockets, key-locks, or O-ring spigots, only monolithic resin/glass laminate that becomes structurally identical to the parent pipe wall.

Butt-and-Strap Lamination
Pipe ends are squared, dry-fit butted, then over-wrapped with multiple layers of CSM (chopped strand mat) and woven roving impregnated with the matching resin. The laminate cures into a continuous, monolithic pipe wall, chemically and structurally identical to the parent pipe.
- Inspection (LSM-STD-010): 100% visual + thickness/width + Barcol hardness on every joint
- Laminator certification (LSM-STD-004): every laminator individually qualified for pressure service
- Lamination sizing: width & thickness scaled to system design pressure class (per LSM-STD-003)
- Service: all chemical, FGD, cooling water, slurry, vacuum & vent service

FM Approved Duct for Cleanroom Exhaust
Leeho Vina completed the FM Approvals audit in July 2026 and is authorised to manufacture and mark FM Approved products at the Phu Tho plant. Single wall FRP duct for cleanroom fume and smoke exhaust is approved to FM 4922, using FM 4910 cleanroom material.
