What we mostly supply here
Industrial plants take more vessels and ducting than piping. Most items are non-standard geometry and are designed and built individually.

PRODUCT 01
Scrubber
Absorption towers for hydrochloric and sulphuric acid gas. Packing supports, nozzles, manways and demister housings are moulded integrally. Resin and liner are selected for the specific gas composition and temperature.

Storage Tank
Storage for hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and caustic soda. Both cylindrical and rectangular, with rib reinforcement designed for the static head and any negative pressure condition.

Duct and Stack
Rectangular and circular exhaust ducting, fume ducts and stack liners. Buckling checks and stiffener spacing govern the design in negative pressure sections.

Capability: GRP vessels, ducting and piping for acid service and wet corrosive gas generally.
How we supply: We work as a sub-supplier through EPC contractors, plant maintenance companies and equipment vendors. We do not approach end users directly.
Five of the projects above were delivered to Japanese clients, under their inspection and documentation requirements. If your project carries specific inspection requirements, tell us at the specification review stage.
Start with the gas and the temperature
Tell us the gas composition, operating temperature, flow rate and the space available. We will review resin specification and vessel geometry and come back to you. A concept sketch is enough for a first assessment, drawings are not required.
