Circulating water, flue gas desulphurisation, chemical storage and firewater systems for thermal and combined cycle plants. Large bore seawater and wet acidic service in the same facility, which is where FRP/GRP has the longest track record.

Industrial Plants
Exhaust scrubbers, acid storage tanks and fume ducting for semiconductor, steel and chemical plants. Equipment handling hydrochloric and sulphuric acid is where we have delivered the most work.

How We Supply
We are a sub-supplier. We supply through EPC contractors, plant maintenance companies and equipment vendors. We do not approach end users directly.
How we present references. Project references are given by industry, country and technical specification rather than by client name. Where detail is needed during a technical review, we provide it in writing with the agreement of the parties involved.
We do not go around the contractors and vendors we work with. That is a policy, not a limitation.
What Runs Through All Four
The industry changes, the conditions do not
Industry categories are the client's language. What we actually engineer for is the three conditions below. Where these match, the product is the same regardless of what the plant is called.
CONDITION 01
Seawater, large bore
Power plant circulating water, desalination intake, refinery cooling water, offshore firewater. Same fluid, same diameter range. Filament wound up to DN5000.
CONDITION 02
Acid and wet flue gas
Hydrochloric, sulphuric and hypochlorite storage and transfer, FGD absorber slurry, semiconductor exhaust scrubbers. Vinyl ester with C-veil liner.
CONDITION 03
Replacement in a running plant
As-built dimensions that no longer match the drawing, a fixed outage window, and remaining steel flanges that have to bolt up. Harder than new build.
Whichever market, it starts with the fluid
Tell us the fluid, operating temperature and pressure, diameter and whether the line is buried. We will review resin specification and wall thickness and come back to you. A system description is enough for a first assessment, drawings are not required.
