Filament-wound and hand-laid FRP/GRP tanks built for the chemicals power plants actually store, including sulfuric acid, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, ammonia, ferric chloride, demineralized water, and limestone slurry. ASTM D3299 / BS 4994 / KS M 3403 compliant.

Standard Nozzles
Each FRP storage tank ships with a standard nozzle set. We add custom nozzles for your specific instrumentation, agitation, and process needs.

Manway
500 mm or 600 mm diameter access for inspection, cleaning. Davit-mounted blind cover.

Atmospheric Vent
Open or weather-hooded vent sized for fill/empty rate. Optional flame arrestor for hazardous service.

Inlet Nozzle
Top or side, with internal anti-impingement deflector to protect liner.

Level Gauge
Magnetic float, sight glass, or radar nozzle. Visual scale or 4–20 mA transmitter.

Agitator / Mixer Nozzle
Top-entry mixer mounting flange with stiffener ring for shaft loads.

Drain
Side or bottom drain, sloped pad for full evacuation. Flanged or threaded.

Outlet Nozzle
Bottom-side, sized for design pump-out flow. Includes internal flange reinforcement.

Anchor Lugs
4 or 8 hot-dip galvanized lugs for foundation hold-down. Sized to wind & seismic.

Filament Winding Process
The same precision-controlled winding process that builds aerospace pressure vessels, applied to your power-plant tank.

Liner Application
Hand-laid surface veil + chemical barrier resin on a polished steel mandrel. 100% resin-rich layer.

CNC Winding
Glass roving impregnated in resin bath, wound at programmed helix angles for hoop & axial strength.

Cure & Demold
Ambient cure or thermally accelerated. Mandrel extracted, end domes hand-laid in place.
04
Finishing & QC
Nozzles laminated in place, hydro test, Barcol hardness, visual & UT inspection, top coat applied.
