Scrubber Tank
Wet scrubber columns to remove acid mist, ammonia, chlorine, HCl, SO₂, H₂S, and odors from process vent gas. Engineered packing supports, spray distribution, and integral mist eliminator.
- Removal Efficiency: ≥ 99% for soluble gases
- Internals: random / structured packing, packing support, spray header, mist eliminator
- Service: semiconductor scrubber, FGD pre-scrubber, wastewater odor, lab fume

Different gas streams need different contact mechanisms.
TYPE 01
Packed-Bed
Random or structured packing creates large contact surface for counter-current gas-liquid mass transfer. Best for soluble gases.

TYPE 02
Spray Tower
Open-tower with multi-level spray banks. Lower removal efficiency than packed but handles dust and particulate-laden gas without plugging.

Venturi
High-velocity gas through a throat with liquid injection, used for sub-micron particulate removal where energy is acceptable.

What Goes Inside the Tower
Every tower ships complete with the internals matched to the duty. We fabricate and fit them in-house, so the packing, the grid and the mist eliminator all arrive as one assembly with one set of documents.

FM Approved for Cleanroom Service
Leeho Vina completed the FM Approvals audit in July 2026 and is authorised to manufacture and mark FM Approved products at the Phu Tho plant. Semiconductor fabs specifying FM 4910 material or FM 4922 exhaust duct can source both from a single Vietnam facility.
